WHAT ARE YOUR LEAD TIME
Please call us for current lead times. What we do guarantee: we will never take an order that we can’t fulfil within the agreed timescales, just to get your order – we’ve delivered 100% on time, although try to deliver earlier if possible.
Let us know the timeframe you are working to. We will always try and accommodate your timescales, although this may not be possible during peak times.
DO YOU OFFER SUPPLY ONLY, AND OR A FITTING SERVICE
We can offer a camper interior on a supply only basis, or can arrange a template and fit service for your chosen camper interior.
CAN YOU SUPPLY MY CAMPER APPLIANCES
Yes. We work with most leisure suppliers including Smev, Dometic, Spinflo,CAN, Sunngas. If you have a particular product in mind we will try and source this for you. Although we stock a range of appliances for all budgets. All appliances supplied as new, come with a 12 month RTB warranty.
CAN YOU DELIVER
Most interiors, due to size are collection only, depending on your location we may be able to offer a delivery service at cost. We do not currently use a pallet service and will not pack your items.
CAN YOU BUILD TO MY SIZES
We can. Provide us with your dimensions and an idea for your campervan design and we can price, make suggestions and then manufacture the camper interior. Even our standard designs can be customised.
DO YOU OFFER A GAS INSTALLATION SERVICE
Gas installations and Gas Safe certification are now available, subject to availability/additional cost. This service is carried our by an independent Gas Safe registered engineer. If you choose to fit yourself please ensure Gas and LPG appliances are installed by approved installers.
DO PRICES INCLUDE VAT
We are currently not registered for VAT, so the prices shown are the prices you pay.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN YOU ACCEPT
Cash on collection, or bank transfer is the preferable payment. However we can offer (subject to availability, payment via electronic invoice via credit or debit card (These are currently processed via Stripe). We require cleared funds on/prior to collection.
