We make every effort the information contained in the website including descriptions, details and prices are correct however we cannot guarantee that they are.
Details including pricing are subject to change without notice. We cannot confirm the price of a product or services and its availability until your order has been accepted by ourselves.
We are not obliged to accept your order, if we do, your order will be accepted by email confirming your order has been accepted. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders. Any errors will be contacted to you within 14 days of your order being placed and are subject to availability of the product or service.
Where a product or accessory is no longer available we will reserve to replace with a similar product of equal quality or price or offer a full refund to you, where payment has been taken.
We can only deliver to UK addresses and is subject to the couriers terms and conditions and agreement of carrier charge. Collection is our default arrangement and is our preferred method on all invoices.
Terms and Conditions for Camper interior orders
A deposit is payable with your order which is non-returnable.
We reserve the right to charge if your van/camper is not available for us to start work on the date confirmed. A minimum notice of 4 weeks is required to move or amend your start date. A charge of £100 per day will be charged up to a maximum of 10 days. We are a small company and cannot afford to not have a consistent supply of work and it’s not always possible to move forward a customer to a moved or amended slot without notice. This covers loss of earnings. If your interior date is moved beyond the original agreed start date we are not able to guarantee parts and materials costs although any changes will be communicated to you once a new date has been agreed.
Full and final payment is required on completion and must be cleared prior to collection. Cheques are not accepted currently at the workshop so therefore, you agree to pay in full, CASH on collection or make arrangements for payment via bank transfer or via credit/debit card via your invoice prior to collection. We cannot be held liable for loss, travel costs if these terms are not carried out.
All credit card or debit card transactions are made via Stripe or Paypal and subject to their terms and conditions.
In making the payment, you confirm that the credit or debit card used is your own and we cannot accept any liability for delay or non delivery if your card is refused.
*From 1st September 2017 we will not charge for Credit/Debit transactions, however some of our prices will sadly have to be increased.
Further Information
Collection of your interior must be made within 28 days of completion date/given date of completion – otherwise, we reserve the right to re-sell or charge for storage. Storage is available for your vehicle (subject to availability) and is charged at £40 per month or part of, however, please ensure your vehicle insurers are advised of postcode PL27 6EL to ensure they will cover your vehicle.
The interior is your own responsibility to fit unless Kustom Interiors has been contracted to fit. It is your responsibility to ensure that the units have been treated prior to use or installation to prevent damage or moisture penetration unless this service has been purchased.
It is your responsibility to ensure that all gas and electrics are fitted/checked by a qualified tradesman and certified prior to use. Gas Safe certification can be arranged, subject to availability, subject to the appropriate fee payable.
If you change your mind and the interior has been started, any cost incurred if changes can be made will be passed onto the client and advised at the time.
We cannot accept liability for any loss or damage caused to you or your vehicle while in use, transit or while fitting.
New Appliances supplied are covered by the manufacturers’ warranty, this is usually 12 months from date of purchase unless stated otherwise, on a return to base basis or directly to the supplier if requested to do so. If found faulty within 28 days of purchase we will refund the cost of return postage up to the cheapest return cost for 2nd class postage.
We will not liable for Items lost or damaged in the post returned to the suppler or to ourselves. If appliances are found to be faulty a replacement/substitute will be supplied within the warranty period, providing the appliance is not found to have been mis-used or incorrectly connected, or wired in.
We do not accept returns or refunds where the product supplied has been misused or damaged.
Refunds will only be given on appliances/goods if returned in unused condition with all original packaging within 14 days of purchase – this does not apply to interiors built to your specification or supplied as part of your deposit. A re-stocking fee may apply. Goods/appliances supplied in addition to the interiors are supplied in good faith and we do not offer any warranties as to the performance of the items outside of the manufacturers’ information. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Non-Standard stock items ordered and deposit paid or paid in full, then subsequently canceled will only be refunded at the discretion of the management and only if the item can be resold.
All in house built seating is supplied for leisure purposes only, and are designed for sitting and sleeping on only and not for transportation of people. Unless otherwise stated. The Smart Bed Standard bed is untested. The Smart Bed Evolution comes with a M1 Approved certification.
The Table storage option is designed for use whilst stationary, so the table can be stored whilst not being used. Please note that we do not recommend this being used whilst in transit as clips are not crash tested.
When using gas bottles within enclosed spaces, please ensure you comply with current regulation of gas storage and usage. Providing adequate ventilation, eg if the gas bottle is used within the unit or stored within the unit/vehicle. We recommend that electrics and gas appliances are checked annually, or as per regulations or manufacturers recommendations.
Real Wood Veneer – this is a natural product and not man made, therefore we cannot guarantee colour matches, grains and patterns will match, although we will do our best.
Please check you interior before fitting/spraying/lacquering, if you are unhappy with any part, please contact us within 14days of purchase . Once you have sprayed or lacquered we are unable to exchange/refund so please check to ensure your furniture/parts will fit your vehicle , we are unable to exchange an interior part unless in unused, re-saleable quality and only then if it is not ordered/made for you specifically . As with all wood based materials there can be some slight movement.
WE DO NOT INSURE YOUR VEHICLE WHILST ON OUR PREMISES AGAINST LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT. PLEASE ENSURE THAT YOU ARE FULLY INSURED AS IT IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF KUSTOM INTERIORS. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT ANY LIABILITY FOR LOSS, DAMAGE OR THEFT HOWEVER SO CAUSED WHILST ON OUR PROPERTY, IN OUR WORKSHOP OR IN OUR CARE.
