What are your lead times
Please call us for current lead times. What we do guarantee is we will never take an order that we can’t fulfil within the agreed timescale just to get your order – we deliver 100% on time, although try to deliver earlier if possible
If you require an interior within a certain time frame, contact us as we will always try and accommodate your timescales, although this may not be possible during peak times.
Due to their popularity Spray finishes are attracting a longer lead time, please contact for up to date timescales

Can you make units to fit any size or shape?
Yes, If you can provide your dimensions and an idea of the design you are after we can manufacture it for you.
Can you fit the units for us?
Depending on your requirements and timescales this may be possible – please contact. Our Replica Splitscreen range is supplied and fitted to your vehicle.
We also offer and template and test fit service for T4/T5 conversions. We require that your vehicle is fully lined and carpeted, your bed fitted and flooring in place prior to templating
Do you connect up and install LPG / Gas
No, we believe that you should have gas appliances installed by your local gas safe engineer, although Gas and LPG appliances are supplied it is essential to your safety that these are connected correctly and checked annually by an approved installers
Do you replicate any particular styles?
Yes we can. Our show vehicle was based upon the 1972 Westfalia Continental and the T5 on our 3/4 unit and Surf bus styles. We have designed interiors based upon the Devon inspired split screen interior and we’ve also done interiors for customers with Devon, Dormobile and Danbury campers.
Can you deliver or can I collect?
Yes to both, although we find that Courier charges are quite high, customers prefer to collect.
Customers can collect Mon-fri and Saturday am by arrangement only.
Collections can be arranged at VW shows where we are attending subject to availability;
Can you supply new appliances
Yes, most of our interiors are supplied with new Smev appliances however we can supply a range of Dometic, Spinflo,CAN, Sunngas or if you have a particular product in mind we will try and source this for you. Although we stock a range of appliances for all budgets.
We can from time to time supply original appliances but this is subject to availability.
How do you accept Payment?
Bank transfer is preferable with the balance – cash on collection. We’re pretty rural and modern credit card machines just don’t seem to want to work at the workshop.
Credit & debit cards are accepted via Google Checkout although a small % charge is payable to cover transaction costs (currently 3.5%). We request all funds are cleared before collection or delivery. Or Cash on collection/delivery accepted.
Please note that we can only accept CASH on collection – please allow 10 days prior to collection for other payments
We dont have a VW but liked the quality of your units can you make units to fit our van?
Yes, if you supply us the sizes and dimensions we can create units for you. Or bring your van to our workshop. We can offer a test fit service.
What are your units manufactured from
Our units are manufactured mostly from special grade MDF, Ply or real wood veneer, unless stated. Although it does depend on the requirements.
We offer a spray and lacquer service please ask for details. All interiors are supplied unsprayed/lacquered unless stated
We will also be offering our premier range of replica Splitscreen interiors which are built for each van individually and a range of materials are used to ensure they replicate the original interiors as close as possible. This includes to use of Real wood timbers.
